We had a great time catching up over a drink at the bar. There is not a ton of inside seating - and it was a little cold to be outside. That said, the patio is very pretty! The selection of beers is great - and they have a ton of cool beer to go and merchandise for yourself or as a gift for the craft beer lover you know. The bartender was friendly and prompt even though it was very crowded!

Second time we have been there, this is the first in colder weather, so we sat inside. But they had a winter wonderland set up outside for the kids. It was pretty impressive. Really good beer, I had both Rocket Sharks, the Belma and the Vista Flyer, and they were both well done. My wife had the High Tide Wheat with Orange and she enjoyed it too. Staff is friendly and efficient, there were two bartenders behind the bar the whole time we were there. Will go back next time I am in town. Logboat beer is available all over this part of Missouri too.

Longboat Brewing is a top-notch local craft beer brewery. If you're visiting Columbia, you've gotta stop by and enjoy a cold brew. My most recent visit was a private party in, The Star Bar. The Star Bar is a private event space that is on the second floor. It has its own bar, balcony and private non-gender restrooms. I think it is pretty cool that in the restrooms they have little shelves to sit your glass on while you're using the facility. That's attention to details and customer service. The large room is spacious enough, that you can set-up tables for your own caterer and other tables for your guest to sit and enjoy themselves. On the main level there's plenty of space inside and out for groups of friends or a couple to enjoy the large variety of craft beers that Logboat has to offer. Of course, the bartenders are knowledgeable of all the brews they offer. If you cannot make up your mind, let them know what your preferences are and they'll match up with what they think will make you happy. Next time I am in COMO, I hope to see you at Logboat.

The beers were delicious. Stumbled upon this brewery on our way back north from the ozarks. Large complex with dog-friendly outside patio. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend if looking for great beer at a family-friendly atmosphere.

A very cool spot in the stockyards area of Columbia with an awesome tasting room, with friendly service, and outdoor space that seems to be pet friendly (wish we brought ours but we are visiting from out of town). Had the high noon, an American wheat w/orange and the waves pineapple cider. Both were good, but I prefer the logboat beers to the waves cider, nothing negative about the cider just personal preference and you can't go wrong with either choice. I look forward to returning and trying some of the other brews on tap, as I am sure we will be back for visits soon!

I went to log boat with friends and had a great time. Definitely the type of place to get a few beers and chill. The crowd is more mature than a lot of spots in downtown Columbia from what I saw. It looks like a good place to bring dogs or kids. I had great service there from the bartenders. I got a Lei-a which is a lemon and strawberry flavored beer and The Turtle Power which is a cocktail with grapefruit, vodka, and snapper. Both were great and they had The Big Cheese food truck right outside so I had a grilled cheese too.

This is my most favorite place ever to spend a beautiful day. The best beer in Columbia!!! My favorite is Snapper or their double IPA called Mornin Hoot. Giraffe is seasonal, but also really good - it's a tropical mango ale. They don't have food, so it might be a good idea to bring snacks. They have a big grass area out front you can bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on outside. They have a few benches, but if it's a nice day out & it's busy they are usually taken. Love this place so much, it's one of the best spots in como!!!!

One of the best spots in Columbia, hands down. Great beer, great atmosphere. Huge lawn out front to play games. Food across the street. What else could you need? Something for everyone here. This opened up shortly before I graduated college, my only complaint is that they didn't have it around back then because it's the bomb.

Decided to stop in while driving through Columbia. Glad we stopped! It was a cute place. Inside area was a little cramped, but there is an outside area too. Parking is a little tight. My friend is not a beer drinker. She absolutely loved the pineapple cider. And at 6% ABV that is awesome. Very nice that they have that option. Friendly service.
